Attorney Payne received her Bachelor of Science, graduating summa cum laude, from Bridgewater State University with a major in Criminal Justice and a minor in Communications in 2010 while achieving Dean’s List status throughout her entire undergraduate career. In 2013, she earned her Juris Doctorate from New England Law | Boston, where she continued to achieve Dean’s List status during all semesters.
While pursuing her law degree, Attorney Payne was a Dean’s Merit Scholarship recipient throughout her academic career; was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Business Organizations in 2012; and the award for Most Promising Mediator in 2013.
In addition to her studies, Attorney Payne served as both a Student Mentor and Student Ambassador on the New England Law | Boston Student Bar Association; as a member of the Women’s Law Caucus; and as a member of the Environmental Law Society.
Attorney Payne is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Attorney Payne lives on the South Shore of Massachusetts with her husband of 10 years, two boxers, and an orange marmalade cat.
